What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date and pay the Landlord $1,829.52 in compensation for use of the unit, plus $15.12 per day from July 17, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 31, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
