What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $239.85 for unpaid compensation for damage and application fee from the previous order, plus $5.23 per day for use of the unit starting May 19, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 29, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
