What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because they require possession of the rental unit for residential occupation by their child. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The Landlords' application for eviction is dismissed. The Tenant is ordered to repay $955.57 to the Landlords, which was the compensation provided under Section 48.1 of the Residential Tenancies Act.
