What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenant must pay $17,882.48 by February 28, 2023, or $19,660.56 by March 31, 2023, to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $15,066.32 plus $58.46 per day from February 14, 2023, until they move out. The Tenant must vacate by March 31, 2023, if the order is not voided.
