What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous consent order. The previous order required the Tenant to make payments towards rent arrears, but the Landlord filed the current application more than 30 days after the alleged breach.
