What happened

Landlords and Tenants signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of June 1, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 1, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by June 2, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. However, the Sheriff cannot enforce the order due to Ontario Regulation 266/21 until the regulation is removed.
