What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's dog seriously impairing the safety of another resident in the building. The Landlord served a valid N7 notice on the Tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 14, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by September 14, 2020, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
