The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,202.08 plus $43.32 per day starting April 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
