What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlords' son.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $38.79 per day for use of the unit from March 1, 2021 until they move out, as well as $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owed by March 11, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
