What happened

The Tenants must pay the Landlord $28,242.00 in rent arrears and costs, plus $53.72 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 28, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 7, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
