What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant for failing to meet conditions specified in a previous order. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order. Landlord consented to the set aside motion as Tenant had paid all arrears.

The ruling

The Landlord and Tenant Board set aside the previous order TNL-34423-21 and dismissed the Landlord's application under section 78 of the Act. The original order TNL-24473-20 from March 29, 2021, remains in effect.
