What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,696.14 in rent arrears and costs by February 7, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance starting February 8, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by February 7, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
