Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.
The ruling

If the unit is not vacated by October 8, 2021, the Tenants shall pay the Landlord $52.60 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from October 9, 2021 until the date they move out.
