What happened
Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system on a door giving entry to the rental unit or residential complex without giving the Tenant replacement keys, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household and withheld or deliberately interfered with the reasonable supply of a vital service, care service, or food that the Landlord is obligated to supply under the tenancy agreement.
The ruling
The Tenant's application is dismissed as the Tenant did not appear at the hearing to provide evidence and submissions in support of their application. No costs will be awarded to the Landlord.
