What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord gave a notice of termination in bad faith. The Tenant did not receive an N12 or N13 notice, but rather intended to allege that she moved out because the Landlord demanded a significant rent increase above the guideline.

The application is dismissed as the circumstances do not satisfy the tests in subsection 57(1) of the Act.
