The ruling
The tenancy is terminated based on the agreement signed by both the Landlord and Tenants. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit on or before February 1, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting February 2, 2022.
