What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by November 14, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,323.35, plus $49.32 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting November 4, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 14, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
