Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on July 14, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 10, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,528 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $36 per day for compensation starting August 31, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 10, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
