What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay $700 towards rent arrears as required by a previous order. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order, alleging the Landlords' actions disrupted his ODSP payments and made him unable to fulfill the terms of the previous order.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the eviction order was denied. The eviction order remains in effect.
