What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay $700 towards rent arrears as required by a previous order. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order, alleging the Landlords' actions disrupted his ODSP payments and made him unable to fulfill the terms of the previous order.
