What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 3, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the Tenant remains after October 3, 2021, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $24.66 per day in compensation. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 3, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
