What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous order. The Tenant did not meet the conditions specified in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $7,888.83, which includes rent arrears, costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay by February 13, 2022, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
