The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on the agreement signed by both Landlords and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by March 6, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting March 7, 2022.
