What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had not paid the full rent from July 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021, resulting in rent arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $5,841.26, plus $25.15 per day starting February 12, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $6,306 on or before February 22, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
