The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 25, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $27.76 representing the rent owing up to October 14, 2021 less the rent deposit. The tenants must also pay the landlord $55.10 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until the date they move out. If the full amount is not paid by October 25, 2021, the tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
