What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 18, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,082.75 for rent arrears and application costs, plus $4.96 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 8, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 18, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
