What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on June 7, 2021 with respect to previous applications.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by July 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $401.61 for previous application costs and damages, plus $15.02 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting July 20, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
