What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The Tenants were still in possession of the rental unit at the time of the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $6,717.11 by November 30, 2022. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay $3,438.07 plus $40.98 per day from October 12, 2022, until they vacate. The eviction can be enforced starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
