The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,775, which includes rent arrears up to August 31, 2022 and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 7, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
