The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,829.19 plus $36.60 per day starting February 18, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the full amount is not paid by February 28, 2023, the Tenant will owe 5% annual interest on the outstanding balance starting March 1, 2023.
