What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts by the given deadlines. If Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by February 10, 2023, and pay $3,327.33 plus $46.27 per day from January 17, 2023, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 11, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
