What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,887.22 (less any payments made after the application was filed) by January 24, 2023. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 24, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant also owes daily compensation of $63.68 from January 14, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
