The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $123.78, which includes rent arrears owing up to January 31, 2023 and the cost of the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 8, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 5.00% annually on the balance outstanding from April 9, 2023.
