What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 11, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $3,085.56, which includes rent arrears up to November 30, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The tenant must also pay $60.63 per day for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until they move out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by December 11, 2021, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
