What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $14,940.72, which includes rent arrears up to March 27, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 7, 2023, they will owe additional daily compensation starting March 28, 2023 at a rate of $46.19 per day.
