What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $5,490.68 by October 31, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must move out by October 31, 2022, and pay $2,562.42 plus $44.63 per day from September 27, 2022, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
