What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant has paid rent late every month from April 2020 to September 2021.
The ruling
The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant is dismissed on the condition that the Tenant pays the lawful monthly rent for October and November 2021 by November 30, 2021, and pays the lawful monthly rent in full and on time by the first of the month from December 2021 to November 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments as required, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
