What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their conduct causing substantial interference with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment and seriously impairing the safety of the Landlords and children in the residential complex.

The tenancy was terminated effective August 21, 2020, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $175 for the cost of filing the application.
