What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 7, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by September 7, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by September 7, 2020, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
