What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord and other tenants by threatening to kill the Landlord and other tenants.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 4, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by May 4, 2021 and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by May 4, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting May 5, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by May 4, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
