The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by June 25, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $10,471.50, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 25, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
