What happened
Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenant's substantial interference with reasonable enjoyment and lawful rights of Landlord and other tenants, as well as willful or negligent damage to the premises. Landlord also sought compensation for repair costs.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by February 12, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $5,525.20 to the Landlord for damages and application fees. If not paid by February 12, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually.
