What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,659 for rent arrears and application fee, plus $16.34 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 5, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting November 6, 2021.
