What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's behavior that seriously impaired the safety of others at the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 27, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $33.10 per day in compensation starting August 10, 2022 until the move-out date, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 27, 2022, they will owe interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
