The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 14, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant shall continue to pay the monthly rent of $2,040 until the termination date. If the unit is not vacated by October 14, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
