What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued by the Board on December 18, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $13,347.85 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) for rent arrears, application fee, and compensation for use of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 13, 2021, they will owe interest starting February 14, 2021.
