The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,305.42 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) by February 13, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 13, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting February 14, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by February 13, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
