The tenancy is terminated effective March 6, 2023. Tenants must vacate by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting March 7, 2023. The Tenants have until March 5, 2023, to file a motion to set aside the order.
