The tenancy is terminated effective February 07, 2023. The Tenant must pay $8,111.06 to the Landlord, plus $59.19 per day from January 28, 2023, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not vacate by February 07, 2023, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 08, 2023.
