Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or another occupant committing illegal acts and seriously impairing the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 6, 2021. The Tenant must move out by April 6, 2021 and pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 6, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
