What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous consent order. The Tenant breached the order by maintaining the unit in an unclean and cluttered state.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 5, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting February 6, 2022.
